To book a chauffeur in the Geneva area, around Geneva Lake, first choose the type of car service you need, a trip with specific pick-up and drop-off, or an hourly booking, or even a flat rate trip.
After that indicate the details of your request with the pick-up and drop-off times and places, and click on “Choose a vehicle“. Then the different prices and vehicles offered to book will show. Choose a vehicle and complete the form with your details. Once your reservation is done, a confirmation e-mail will be sent, with all the details thereof.

For airport transfers:

On arrival at Cointrin Geneva International Airport: Before exiting the international zone, you will collect your luggage and pass through the customs. After this, your chauffeur will meet you at the exit dedicated to your flight. He will have a tablet showing your name, so there is no risk of not finding him. He will be happy to help you with your luggage. There are 60mn of chauffeur waiting, included in your service. These indications also apply for any other airport in the area.
When leaving Geneva, your chauffeur will drop you off as close as possible to the terminal for your flight. On request, he will be happy to help you with your luggage. He will then accompany you to your boarding desk.

For train station transfers:

Your chauffeur has access to the lane for chauffeurs and taxis. This lane is as close as possible to the Cornavin train station. So your pick-up or drop-off will therefore be in the best conditions of comfort and safety.
